Pryce is a nice person, but did not have all the answers to questions I asked.
Regarding my warranty, I was being charged fees for repair that was under warranty. The other person ( I don’t know his name) working with him did a great job on helping Pryce get the answers to questions I asked.
Invitation said car would be washed and vacuumed under “Amenities for you”. Car was not vacuumed. Girl in service said she did vacuum the car. We showed it to a sales lady and she agreed it was not done. We were so dissatisfied we just left. Had a new showroom but snacks were granola bars and coffee. Many other Lexus dealers offer more high end snacks . No different than Honda showroom. Expected more.
