There were a few things that were not explained. I noticed it when I got home & read receipt. It would have been helpful if the actual work done was explained as well as what was needed. Other than that, Nick was very polite and showed interest.

I should have had my 20,000 mile check up but instead had my 25,000 mile check up. My car has about 19,500 miles. I am at fault scheduling the wrong appt. I was pleased with the visit and evaluation.

I am always very pleased with my Service at the Lexus of Akron Canton dealership. I must say that Norman always is so kind and very helpful when I drive in . Norman provides a calm, and familiar tone for Lexus service customers., just very professional. Josh was quick, pleasant and happy to explain the details.
When I arrived, you have a hunter wheel alignment system hooked up to the front door the service man let me know that it recorded numbers it said my front end was slightly out of alignment. No, I don’t even have 4000 miles on the car. Take good care of it. The only time it’s been in the rain was today. When I got done paid my bill, I said can I see the numbers on the front end alignment. I ran a collision shop for 30 years but lots of parts from Lexus, ALEXANDER BODY, and fender dealt with park Honda forever, but he said without putting it on the rack he couldn’t give me the alignment numbers no I can pull in and it the machine supposedly said I needed a front in alignment , but they wouldn’t give me the numbers meaning where the problem is. I don’t understand why I couldn’t get a copy of what was wrong with the front end without putting it through its paces on alignment machine other than that everything was fine.

Someone there chipped my driver window and now they are refusing to fix their mistake this is extremely disrespectful and dishonest. Plus the communication and transparency between nick and John are horrible
