As usual, the service was excellent. I appreciate everything about Lexus of Akron. From the vehicle we bought to the showroom and ALL of the staff right down to the restrooms, everything about Lexus of Akron is top notch.

I brought the car in because the check engine light Trac Off & VSC lights were on. I was told the Y Pipe on the exhaust had a small hole in it which prevented the mechanic from getting the lights to go off without a 2,900.00 repair. I drove the car to Hilton Head SC. After filling the gas tank the lights have been off for 3 days. When I called and asked why the Trac Off light wouldn’t go off it was explained to me” all the systems are tied together “ That makes no sense. I was also told I needed 4new tires. The tread is still above the wear bars in the tires.

The service rep did not follow through with the order and process. It appears there was no accountability on his part to ensure everything was processed and on schedule. I had to call and ask Nicholas for the update which then it was discovered the parts were not ordered and delivered on Wednesday like the rep said. It caused much personal issues. Poor customer service. You guys need to bring Marty back for training.
