Josh was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
-no big deal, BUT when I was checking out, Nick said that all was perfect on the car and it needed nothing. When I looked at the printout, it stated “rear brakes need replaced” and “cabin air filter needs replaced”. When I asked the service advisor about why it said these needed replaced if he said everything was perfect, he looked confused and then checked the computer. He said according to the notes in the computer, my rear brake pads were at 40% and fine. The paperwork should not be inconsistent with what reality is. In addition, the oil change sticker is incorrect. It says that my next service is at 56, 000 but my car already has 61,000 on it. These types of attention to detail should happen at Lexus!
Mr. Rogers was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The service was completed quickly which I appreciated; however, they did not fix the tire pressure monitor as I had hoped. I felt that to fix this feature is more complicated than the service department was willing to solve during this service visit. They said it was working when they investigated, but when I drove home is wasn’t and hasn’t worked since. It appears that the monitor does not work when outside temperatures drop below 60 deg.. I realize that this is not a big deal, but it is annoying, nevertheless.
Nikolas is efficient and friendly. Everyone in service at Lexus Akron Canton is welcoming and professional.

Nick always provides excellent front end service. He’s a knowledgeable technical service advisor. This was the third visit to correct the same problem, and Nick handled the developing debacle with grace and competence. If it wasn’t for how he handled the situation, there’s a strong chance I’d be taking the car elsewhere for service moving forward.

I believe Nik deserves an extra bonus for the $6,000.00 dollars maintenance/ service he provided. He was not pushy, more like a consultant. Please note to your sales Mgt: when a customer is looking and asking questions about a new car, that’s a Buying sign. Could have sold me a new car. Joe D

I had four new tires put on and the service department left grease and dirt on the tires and on my rims. I didn’t notice until I got home. I’ll be contacting Akron Canton Lexus to have them clean up my tires and rims.
