Service was great as usual, however they forgot to reset my service indicator.
The gentleman who assisted me was not personable at all, didn’t even greet me, and made me wait for a loaner car because he said it was out of gas, and would arrive within 5 minutes. After waiting a half hour in the waiting room by the fireplace I finally went back in and asked him if the loaner vehicle was ready, he explained to me that he forgot and would put me in a different vehicle. When picking up my RX350 today, he once again didn’t greet me, ask if I had any questions and down right acted like he was doing me a favor and seemed disgusted. This is my first time bringing my vehicle in for service, and just on how I was treated makes me seriously considering to trade in this RX350 and go back to Kempthorn Motors and get back in a Mercedes.
I appreciated his constant updates about my vehicle!
I appreciate his courtesy, his kindness, the way he treated me like a lady and he was exceptional and helped get my replacement parts all covered!

I was told it would take 1 & 1/2 hours to fix my car. Almost two hours later I went to find him. He then looked up the status of my car. “Oh.. we do not have the parts to fix it today.

I made an appointment for an oil change and told the person on the phone I saw a special on your website for 68.96. It was 30 bucks off. I also told the tech that morning about the special. I was charged 98.95? Why?
I feel my credit card show be credited the advertised price. I should be credited 30 dollars. Please respond?
