Satisfied with how Nik treated me and his effort, but it took 5 trips to the dealership to correct the problem with the lift supports for the power back door on my wife’s rx350.

Josh was great and the service was provided timely, however, I had a technical question about HD radio and the tech at the inside desk was “I’m pretty sure you can do that but I forget.” He provided two ideas which did not work while walking away. Terrible.
