I have a service package. I didn’t get the service requested and required for the vehicle mileage. I have a cracked side mirror, asked to get a price to fix. Still waiting for a response.
Only negative is that my car was awaiting me for quite a while before they called me that it was ready.

I had called to make the appointment and at that time I asked if my. Tires and rims were under warranty. I was told yes. My tire had a gouge out of it in the sidewall and rim was damaged also.
I was excited to hear this.
Once I came in I discussed replacing all the tires because they were showing much wear and causing me to hydroplane. Which in itself is frustrating because the car had just over 16000 miles on it.
I was given suggestions of different tires. Talked about that, the price was high, I was told if I could find the tires for less the price would be matched.
I then began to price tires from others. I fythem for much less. I was then told that that price could not be matched. I told them to just go ahead and replace the warranty tire and rim and I would go to the other place for the other three.
I was sent on my way with a loaner.
I didn’t talk to rep anymore that day, I missed his call.
The next day I called and was told the damaged tire and rim was not replaced because the warranty did not carry over to me (the second owner).
At this point I’m pretty aggravated with the whole tire thing. And miss communication throughout, from the initial call to the communication in person.
No I’m not happy.
No warranty and tires with less than 17000 miles on them needing replaced.
I guess to add salt to the wound is I had just replaced the tires on the car I had traded in for this one. So within just over two years I’m buying another set of tires.

Darn! Since I live in Norwalk, in the past I would get to keep my loaner overnight. I even requested an SUV to drive. You were too efficient - and actually brought my car back the same day. I never got to drive my brand new loaner…??.

When we figured out that it was probably my battery Prycewas more than helpful in telling me that they not only had a battery for me, but they would check my old one to make sure that it was still OK or not .I drove over they checked my battery, and I had a new one installed. Everything went very smooth. As always with Lexus. This is why I drive a Lexus. Your service department is the Best!!

Remote payment was difficult and confusing due to payment app.
I had asked about getting a replacement part for the cup holder divider in the console, but then it was not addressed, and I forgot to ask again. Is that a part than can be ordered?
