Called Friday afternoon to see when my car would be returned, (had valet service) and was told I’d get a call back. No call back. Called Lexus Nonday morning to check car return and car was returned. I had told Yerrick about the black marks on my drivers side door since my car was there 2 weeks ago. He said he would address this. Black marks remain! No mention of this on paperwork when car returned.
I always receive exceptional service, all questions answered. No other dealership I have used has provided such service. Thank you!

A freak road hazard punctured a real tire of my 2024 RX 350h. I called this morning and Service got me right in. The tire could not be repaired, and a replacement was quickly installed. Happy Lexus driver!
Nikolas didn’t know that I had a maintenance plan.So when I went to pick up my car, my husband asked Josh what type of maintenance plan did I have. Then Josh informed me that there was no charge. Is there a way that the system can flag each vehicle so the service men would know if the customer coming in will or will not have a fee to pay. I was told the cost after my car was checked in. If I hadn’t told my husband the cost I would have paid what Nikolas quoted me. Other than that, the service was great as usual.
Josh is a true professional. He got me in and out in no time. Kept me informed every step of the way. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He did a great job.

When I dropped off the vehicle I asked if they could wash it and sweep it out which of course was told yes. The touch up guy didn't come in for 2 days to give me an estimate so I ended up not having anything done and picked up my car. So that was kind of disappointing I also was told by my sales person that I would have the pleasure of having someone coming pick up my car drop me off a loner that was not offered, I ended up bringing it myself and then picking it back up myself I did get a loner car during that time. Update: Hi Trust. Don't worry, I'll let you know when your car is all ready to come home. Zerryck Rodgers was very nice and helpful but if course it was out of his hands that the touch up guy didn't come in.
I tried to paste some pictures here. Was not successful in doing so. So very disappointed in the detail, even after having the car returned to me for the second time. This has to be the worse detail I’ve ever received and for the most money I’ve ever spent, it also added 240 miles to my car. Never again. Never. To think that you signed off on this is disturbing. I will be going over the interior myself. Rest assured I will be sharing this awful detail with others. Truly poor work. And I was lied to.
