The team was amazing! They got my car in right away, even getting me into the waiting room before the technically opened for the day, and got me out quickly. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I really didn’t need. They were very polite, professional, and honest. I love bringing my car here!

My car battery unexpectedly died and I showed up extremely early at the start of the day. Oscar helped me out immediately and made my experience quick and pain-free. I am very thankful and it made me love Honda even more!
A little disappointed with hear that my grinding issues is a known issue and the mechanic says an aftermarket transmission oil would fix the issue but it will not be covered because it is aftermarket. When I brought this up to the the service person it was verified that it would not be covered. So my only solution is to let the car breakdown with a **** issue then bring it in to be completely replaced which seems absolutely absurd. If this is a known issue and Honda does not want to fix it, the vehicle should fall under the lemon law.
