I was not told that my vehicle needed the fluids replaced (standard procedure at 30,000 miles) when my car was in for service last time (at 33,000 miles). I was asked today if I wanted the fluids done. My car is at 39,000 miles, 9,000 miles overdue! I rely on Right Honda to keep me up-to-date on all necessary services due. I’m disappointed in you guys.
I would like to compliment the improved drive-up service response. Many times I would sit there and wait a long time and often have to get out of my car to find someone to check me in. Today was fantastic! I was 3rd car in line but was still approached within a couple of minutes.Thanks guys!
A suggestion... thank you for the courtesy exterior car wash, however, when my car is delivered to me dripping wet it is not a pleasant experience. A towel dry would be the most appropriate and customer centric thing to do.
