Had nail in tire. Tires were covered by warranty. $35.00 was being charged until I got them to look. Filling that they said ok your tire will be fixed in about 20 minutes. I waited an hour. Finally spoke to service person as phone battery was about to die. It was then I was told service was completed. Entire time for repair was 2 and a half hours.
My wife waited two hours to have her oil changed at Right Honda, today! After one and a half hours, she asked Alan McKenba how much longer it would be. Alan told her, “They’re just getting your paperwork ready; the car’s done” They didn’t get her car to her for another thirty minutes! That’s not acceptable to us, but if it’s acceptable to Right Honda please let us know so we can look for a new Honda dealer to service my wife’s Pilot.

Everything was good. Excerpt when I got my car serviced (oil change included) my dash board read that I am still at 30 % oil.

I first called the store & spoke with Tim and he informed me that an appointment was not necessary to replace my battery and that it would be a quick process and could be expedited. Once I was able to get a jump for my car & drive to the store I was greeted by Tim and informed him that I could possibly have a warranty on my battery. He took my information down and told me to go sit in the waiting area. Over a half an hour went by and Tim finally came to inform me that my battery did not have a warranty even though it was less than 3 years old. I already had been waiting longer than expected so I told him to just install it and i had to return to work. He did not give me any sort of estimate of how long it would take nor did he offer me the complimentary LYFT ride to my work (7 minutes away). I finally went to inquire about the wait time at about 1 hour & 45 minutes in and they could not find Tim to get an update. They paged him and had no answer for me. If I knew this process would have taken so long, I would have immediately returned to work and gotten a ride to pick it up hours later. I waited OVER 2 HOURS to have a battery replaced that cost $186. I am extremely dissatisfied with his service, or lack thereof and now because of his negligence, my work will suffer for the rest of the week. That is certainly not the best way you would want a Honda customer to be treated. Luckily, the young gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and was able to get my request quickly completed after I had to inquire. He is a great asset to have and was extremely helpful.
