Two service visits both involved tires. After the first visit I left without one valve stem cover. After the second vist two valve stem covers were not put back on! Not too convenient!

I joined the Honda family in 2006 when my husband and I bought our Honda Van. Last year I bought a 2018 CRV and from Sean Hornbeck (my sales rep) last year. Alan Mckenne, Bill Thornton and now Fabian Martinez. They have all taken great care of cars. Fabian Martinez answered all my questions and concerns about my upcoming service visits. Everything was wonderful except the time on the dash is screwed up due to a new battery being installed a few days ago. For example, 1:00 shows as 13:00. It was fine when I left and then reverted again. So I’ll be coming back tomorrow. Otherwise the service was great as usual.
