Oscar was very friendly, straight-forward, and made the entire process easy. He offered me a courtesy LYFT ride to take care of my things at home while my car was in service, which was extremely convenient. My service work was covered under warranty, and the work was completed within hours. Thank you for the great experience! I love coming into Right Honda! My experience, whether with the sales or service team, is always fantastic!

I am finding that several issues of not being thorough make me doubt the care of your service team. This most recent issue was having an oil change done on a Monday morning and having to bring my vehicle back Tuesday morning after noticing oil drips in my garage floor. I was told the service tech didn’t wipe off oil from old filter and I was given a credit for the oil change, however that doesn’t raise my confidence that my car is being taken care of.

I always bring my vehicle in for oil/lube to the dealership. I was under the false assumption that I would have been instructed that spark plugs needed to be replaced @ 120K miles. My vehicle had 161K. I was surprised to learn I had to identify & make any service preventative maintenance requests.
