Oscar was very friendly, straight-forward, and made the entire process easy. He offered me a courtesy LYFT ride to take care of my things at home while my car was in service, which was extremely convenient. I felt very secure with Oscar. Usually women feel very insecure at the garage. Well you know that. ——- but if I ever find out that Right HONDA screwed me then you’ll be in deep doo doo.
I am finding that several issues of not being thorough make me doubt the care of your service team. This most recent issue was having an oil change done on a Monday morning and having to bring my vehicle back Tuesday morning after noticing oil drips in my garage floor. I was told the service tech didn’t wipe off oil from old filter and I was given a credit for the oil change, however that doesn’t raise my confidence that my car is being taken care of.
I always bring my vehicle in for oil/lube to the dealership. I was under the false assumption that I would have been instructed that spark plugs needed to be replaced @ 120K miles. My vehicle had 161K. I was surprised to learn I had to identify & make any service preventative maintenance requests.
Easy, efficient, timely and friendly service.
