Bill was awesome. Professional and friendly. Spoke to him Saturday and told him I needed a timing belt change. He offered choices for an appointment and offered a free rental car as this procedure takes 4-5 hours. When we arrived Tuesday, Bill greeted us, made us feel at home. Very courteous and prompt. I had to tell them they didn’t install the visor I paid for? No one even noticed. They did get it done quickly after I pointed it out.
