Dreadful experience. Left the car with you for over 2 weeks and the problem still existed upon collection, even though I was very specific as to how to duplicate the issue. I was without my own new car (less than 1,000 miles on it) for another 3 days. The drivers door had been hit and had someone else’s paint on it that had to be buffed out too. While Fabian was patient and nice to work with, the actual experience was shameful.

Good services c took a little longer than expected extend but it was fine
Scott went above and beyond. I only came in for an oil change, but was advised that my front and rear break pads needed replacing. He also advised me that my transmission fluid needed to be changed due to the high mileage on the car. I didn’t really have time to wait for these services to be completed, but Scott offered me a free rental. Thank you again for making inconvenient.
