I've been using your services on 3 different Honda's over the last 15 years or so. I can understand a small wait time when I drop off the car. But 15 minutes is too much. If you want customers to make an appointment, then please ensure that we are check in no more that 10 minutes plus or minus on either side of the appointment. And finally, I did not receive a call or text or message on my phone that the car was ready. (I alway have in the past. Yes things do get hectic at the shop. However, I needed my car to get to work. If I hadn't called. at 4:30PM, I don't think anyone was going to let me know that the car was ready. This last customer experience was not up to the level that I have come to expect.

Andrew was Excellent! Only issue was not withAndrew but with Right Honda. My pilot was still under warranty and needed a new battery. Right did not have a replacement in stock. Had to wait an extra hour plus. Can you believe a Honda dealership didn’t have a replacement battery in stock??? Sad!

I have been coming with the same problem for last 1 year. Nobody could get it fixed, and the response was no issue. But today Daniel figured out the issue and got it fixed. I hope i won’t see the problem again ????
