The reason I am not 100% satisfied is that I was asked, when I booked the appointment, if I wanted to have the vehicle inspected while it was there to which I said ‘Yes’. My car is 8 years old, it has never been inspected and I figured I would have them go over it for peace of mind.
When I got my paperwork, none of the boxes on the inspection sheet were marked which indicated to me that it was not done.
My boyfriend, who’s family owns car dealerships in Colorado, said ‘Recalls are a HUGE opportunity for the Service Department to gain a new customer or to provide their Service department with more business in a professional manner.
Had they found anything potentially wrong with my car that needed service now or warned me me of any potential issues, I would have likely scheduled a 2nd visit to have the work done there at the dealership.
Aside from that, excellent experience in a clean and highly professional environment.
