Please don't send advance notice of surveys or actual surveys before 9:00 am especially on weekends! Only thing I didn't like about service was thank you notification at 7:02 am on Saturday that woke me up!

My car needed to be towed to Honda, and I asked the service rep at Right Honda about Honda Roadside Assistance. He told me to use AAA. I explained that I wasn’t sure if a tow was covered on my AAA plan, so the rep just told me to have the mechanic tow it (my car was at a local mechanic who explained the issue with my car was covered under warranty, hence why I need to get it to Honda). He also kept telling me just to jump the car and drive it over, even when I told him the mechanic said jumping/driving it would be dangerous. I found the Honda Roadside Assistance 800 number online and they were very helpful, explained that the tow for this issue was free, and towed the car to Honda quickly. I wish the Right Honda rep had explained the option of Honda Roadside Assistance and given me their contact info.
