I want to acknowledge Bill’s care, concern and knowledge of my family. My daughter was recently in a car accident involving the Civic. My husband must have told Bill about the situation. When I came in for routine service on my Accord he ask about my daughter first and then the car. Bill is a kind man who appears to care about his customers beyond the sale.

Bill Thornton has been my service manager for several years. He has always done an excellent job and has become a friend over the years. We have been through lots of car repair adventures together.
I may or may not participate in the survey. This is not a reflection on the excellent service received. Every company asks the same and this has lost its value. In addition, I’ve found that if not ranking folks at the highest score—which is difficult for standard everyday service—this gives a reason for middle mgmt to exert their authority to justify their position
Send the survey. But understand that—if you are like every other company in the world, just because I state that service was good doesn’t mean that there is an improvement to be made or that your clients should be bothered every time without any personal follow up , nor should a middle mgr justify their existence by trying to make a 4 score into 5, of whatever the metrics be. Corporate America seems to be trying to solve an service problem by creating one. And when a client responds there is zero response. If you ask a client to.be thoughtful about their time and feedback, the least you could do is the same in responding, preferably by phone.

Service was excellent, and no pressure applied for additional work on vehicle. However, cost is an ongoing concern every time I come in. Spent $700+, just on fluid replacements !!! Can’t continue at that rate !!!!
