Estimated wait time was 2 and 1/2 hours - I waited 4. Also, shuttle said it would be 15-20 minutes pick up but I waited 40 and they didn’t keep in touch both times to say it would be later than anticipated. Poor communication. Also, I requested to look at and give a quote for a decal and when I picked it up it had been forgotten about, so I had to wait longer to get that figured out.

I came in with a simple and very direct issue. Keys were no longer working for the push button start, and I was receiving the flashing key indicating the immobilizer was engaged.
Dan acted like he was doing me a favor to have someone look at the car.
After 90 minutes, dan appeared with a long list of things to fix, including items bag were clearly fabricated or u necessary. For example, he was suggesting tire rotation. Tires are new as of July 27 and have less than 2000 miles. Rotatio. Is not needed The estimate was nearly 1900.
He did not have the technician look at the key
I told him to go back and investigate the key.
He came back and told me the battery was dead and that it would be $200+. I pointed out that it was less than 2 years old, installed by right Honda, and asked if he checked he date on the battery.
After some more time, San came back and said “oh There is a key code”. He hen told me the battery would be warrantied and warranty work would be done on the rear seats.
Total bill: $0
$1900 to $0 to fix my issue.
I have always had good experience at right Honda. It appears your methods have changed as many people in the waiting room were stunned by their estimates or even in tears.
Sad that the dealer has become a rip-off shop where I need to watch every recommendation With great skepticism.
I will be reevaluating ever coming to right Honda again for anything other than known warranty work.
Helpful and knowledgeable. Was not pushy and was able to help us with exactly what we needed.

When someone says that the job will be done in 45 to 60 minutes I just settle in for the time expecting additional time. Then in 25 minutes I'm told it's ready. Wow what a great experience!
