Quick & easy. First time at Right. Rep: Timothy Hatcher was outstanding in every way, Genuinely personable and on top of his game despite that it was very busy. And thank you for not having TV volume on/blaring in the wait area, but rather subtitles. I’ll be back. Thanks

I had a great experience as always. Lennon suggested $299 fluid package however I feel you guys shouldn’t be pushing service that is not yet needed.

The appt I made online was not found; no apologies were made to me, even when I showed them evidence of the appt., although they assured me that they would take care of me. And they did. But. When I returned home, I saw that there was a scratch in the steering wheel leather! I am reluctant to take my van back to Right Honda for service
