The service itself was very good, but we called ahead about an oil change which was not done. We did not get charged for it, which is good, but the oil was supposed to be looked at and changed.

I really appreciate the easy access to a loaner car. I hate getting my car serviced because of the wasted time waiting. I was able to run a nearby errand and head home to do household chores instead of waiting in your lobby.
