The service was fine. Jeremy was great and good about updating me as to the status of my oil change as I waited thru the queue. I was a bit disappointed that even though I’d made an appointment I had no priority in the queue. I was just put in line behind everyone waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. Then what is the value of an appointment? So, I sat. However, Jeremy was quite accurate about finishing things, once I was in with a tech. He was grand.

Stop drilling holes in brand new vehicles. You are alienating customers which will not be good for business. These costs can never be recovered

Please consider not playing the god awful music in the waiting area. The vast majority of people waiting are well past the age of finding it entertaining. If you still insist on playing that garbage at least turn the volume down!
