Person who first greeted me never introduced himself. Before I left I was trying to ask for my oil to get changed while my battery was getting tested. The person who greeted me mentioned he would contact me a few minutes later and let me know the time it would take and what they were going to do. I never received a call and called back an hour later and they told me my car was done. I then asked to have my oil changed and they let me know it would be 30 minutes and I agreed. At this point it did take 30 minutes as stated and received a call to let me know it was done. It was disappointing at first that the person never him introduced himself or let me know his name and that I had to call to ask if my car was done and to let them know I wanted my oil changed..

Im not convinced after driving the car 2 hours that the alignment was done right. The car has a slight pull to the right at times. Or maybe it’s the new tires?
The Bridgestone tires aren’t as good as the initial Honda salemen said they would be. Not as good as the Michelin’s I bought the car with. Didn’t feel safe on wet roads.

My car needed a service that was more complex and going to take more time than I originally planned on Saturday. Lennon was very friendly and helpful as well as offered a courtesy vehicle so I didnt have to sit in the waiting room all afternoon. I was able to get my other errands done and came back to get my car when he called. Lennon made the experience very easy.
I was quoted about $100 for my prorate portion for battery replacement. If it was more or something else I would be told first. I was a waiting customer. Never contacted until car done. When I went to pay the bill was $180. Hardly about $100. We had to pay because I needed to be at work. I will contact Honda and BBB This is totally deceiving.

Andrew I’m sure was great... interacted wth him for 30 seconds. It was busy. It took them about 30 minutes to notice us. In the past I’ve been so impressed with their service but the past couples times it has been disappointing. They forgot to put oil in my husbands car when they were doing maintenance. They misplaced my car. Both my husband and I have been loyal clients but we’re rethinking our next step as we grow our family... and income might I add. Thank you for all your service these 15 years. Hopefully you don’t disappoint your future clients... it would be a shame as thee quality of your vehicles is flawless.
