The answer is a qualified YES. The intentions were good, but I didn’t request an oil change. In the process my premium synthetic Amsoil, which only had about 4,000 miles on it, was replaced. I’m waiting for a follow-up call from your representative to confirm if the installed oil was regular oil, or a full synthetic oil?
That is why I come to Right Honda. I used to go to Bell Honda...but their service went downhill.
Dan took care of all of my car needs and he kept me informed throughout my stay with updates on the progress of my car. Dan was very caring and professional during my vision at Right Honda. My only problem with the service was that my sons booster seat was left upside down on the seat and the seatbelt was stuck in the sliding door and we had to return to have someone dislodge it from the door.

The key fitting was great, but I had low air pressure in my tires and would have appreciated a fill while I was at the service center. I realize this was never mentioned to the representative, but thought the service light would have been noticed when my vehicle was driven by the team. Not a huge deal, just something that would have changed my experience from “fine” to “great!”
I drove all the way from show low to have my 93 Del Sol serviced at Right Honda. Nuff said

Staff failed to greet. Waited over 15 mins for rep to come after being paged. Sales person tried to sell me a car while I waited and worked in the waiting room. Felt more like a used car store instead of a Honda dealership.
I was dealt with professional excellent service. Dan is very well versed in auto repair problems. I was very pleased with my visit.
I came in without an appointment and it was pretty busy in the afternoon and they still got my vehicle taken care of quickly.
Chris was so great! I showed up at 5:00 pm with a dying battery and he and the repairman took care of everything in less than an hour!!! I sooooo appreciated that because I had a very busy next few days and had no idea what other time I would have been able to get it replaced. Thank you for the great service!!!!!
