Our CRV would not start without being jumped. We asked Honda to test a recently installed alternator. Initially they said they wouldn’t without 100 dollars. After talking with a manager he agreed to test the alternator without cost. The issue was not resolved. Although the starter tested fine Honda wants 800 dollars to replace it. The problem is more likely the alternator (also tested fine) but Honda will not replace it under warranty.
