Andrew did assist me with my services. I brought my Honda in a month and a half ago and they stated they fixed the issue that was fixed by Andrew today. It is early the last time it was a couple of weeks that went by and the problem came back. I'm hoping it is fixed if not I will call Andrew since he was so helpful.

I’d recommend service personnel clearly share that your system operates separately from other dealers. I already had my 30k mileage maintenance when in east coast. By asking my husband for a VIN number he wasn’t aware you could not see the entire maintenance history. As a result, I had service completed that was unnecessary and service that I had previously shared with Right Honda when I had been in earlier this fall.
I had such great service that I wouldn’t go anywhere else even if it meant less driving distance. Thank you for attention to details and the great listening skills and desire to meet my needs. Awesome service by everyone in the service department!
