I had two requests. The first was to check the tire pressure to make sure that all of the tires were at 35. The second request was to look into an email that was on the dashboard and how to get rid of this symbol that indicates there is an email. We had to send the car back to have the tires filled. And he never did take care of the other one. When we got home and realized it was still not taken care of, we called, and his answer was coming when you have time and then I’ll figure out how to do it because I got busy and forgot. Very unimpressed
Dan was more than accommodating to my schedule and got my vehicle right in n to be looked at. We just fot in from out of state on vacation and not only did Dan take great care of us but also offered to be an ongoing resource if there was ever anything we needed in addition. Much appreciated and very professional as well as personal.

I had made my appointment through the dealership’s website. I wish I could remember the person who did my initial intake, but my issue was resolved immediately. He also took time to answer my questions for being a new customer and new-to-me vehicle owner. I could not have been more pleased. My vehicle's battery died with a little child/toddler in the car and old dog when we arrived after being stranded in a parking lot with hurricane rain...when we arrived he expedited the service and got us on the road very quickly. He also communicated very well and effectively set expectations. He was very professional and sweet to my daughter. Way to go Lennon!!
