Alan is always such a pleasure to work with! He is knowledgeable and personable. I like that he is direct with the information he provides. I never feel like he is just trying to get me to spend more money. Plus, my husband has taken his car to Alan for years and years. He would never let me take my Honda anywhere else! Lol.

I don’t wish to be contacted. Three hours in the waiting room and every other person was spoken to directly. I was called on my phone. May sound petty, but I was kind of annoyed. Don’t treat me different for warranty work. Once again, do not wish to be contacted just treated better. Please delete all my info from your system. I will receive correspondences from Honda directly.

The rear seat leather clips came undone and I asked that it be reclioped, it was not. In addition, I have to make a follow up appointment because the car is still leaking oil. (Purchase new 2017 Pilot Touring AWD a few months ago)

I waited over an hour for my battery to get changed. A young associate finally came in and asked my name as he noticed I’d been waiting a while. And went and within 2 minutes had my car pulled up. Then nothing was said to me except for me to sign and go. No explanation or anything as to my vehicle. Usually have great service but last night was very poor.

As I mentioned to Christopher the service manager you should do something to prevent people talking on cell phones in the waiting room. It is VERY disturbing to others who have to hear people talking.
