I came in for an oil change and was told it would be approximately 75 minutes. So I agreed and thought I would wait for my vehicle. I was told there was an air bag recall and it had to be done today. This was disappointing to me. I need an oil change and I needed to get to work. This is my busy time of year. I was offered a loaner but didn't have a good credit card on me. I had lots of cash. So I requested my Accord back and went to work. I will be going to AAA auto repair for all my maintenance needs. Bye
I don't think I received a summary of the inspection and what items might need to be fixed next which I would get after having service done in the past, but aside from that the appt was great, Bill was nice, and work was performed quickly. Thank you
