I appreciated how friendly everyone was. From the receptionist to the guy who brought my car up when it was finished. That’s a trait you need to make sure you sustain as it helps set you apart.

Lennon was very friendly and polite. Didn't tell me my vehicle needed alot of repairs like I've been told in the past. As I sat in the guest lounge, I heard other service advisers speaking with customers and so thankful I had Lennon. Not that other advisers were rude, Lennon just speaks with a better tone.

Hello there was some oil that was left on some of the areas under the hood had to clean off myself. This is usually not there on May previous oil changes.
Tim Hatcher always does a great job, you couldn’t have a better representative of your business.
I noticed fresh oil on my garage floor directly under the motor.
I will be coming back in Wednesday about 3:15 to have it checked out.
Other than that, satisfied with the service I received.

1.75 hours for a simple oil change is not acceptable. What is the point of having customers make appointments if you aren't going to keep them and deliver on-time service.

Tried to upsell plugs, air filter, pollen filter, fluids because the plugs looked like they had carbon on them and filters and fluids looked dirty... I literally replaced all of those myself about 8 months and less than 10,000 miles ago. Even if I hadn't, theres no way you checked my spark plugs within an hour of me dropping my car off, and your tech definitely didn't pull spark plugs without labor involved. Maybe next time don't pull shady dealer practices, especially when your customer works at a dealership nearby himself.
