The problem is not fixed...still happening intermittently
Not happy that Honda and Panasonic do not yet have a fix for my car issue. Otherwise the service was fine. Please let me know when I can get my car fixed. Annoying problem.
Had spoken to Chris over the phone earlier in the week. We had decided that the service could wait a bit. Was in the area on Friday, had the day off from work and decided to see if I could wait for service. Navigating your parking lot , while construction is going on was quite a challenge! You need more signage/ arrows on how to find the abc entrance. Lennon came over to bail me out of my wonderment on how to get to the svc bay. He was very polite, attentive and helpful. After svc was performed, he went through the findings and patiently answered my questions. He seems eager and quite Customerservice oriented. I will come back and ask for him in the future.

Although I think the 2007 Honda civic hybrid is a lemon in general. Why are the motor and transmission mounts so faulty?

The suspension is still squeaking making noise
I called while on the road about a tire losing air. I was able to get to the dealer and have the tire repaired all within about an hour and ten minutes. Excellent service.
This is the second time somebody has messed with my headlights and changed it from automatic to off. This is the second time I have found myself going 65-70 miles an hour down 101 with no headlights and fortunately realized it fairly quickly. This is not good customer service if someone wants to check the headlights fine but put them back the way they were.!
