I’m a big fan of Right Honda’s service manager Bill Thornton. I believe I get excellent service and great feedback on the condition of my Accord. This is my fourth Honda and Bill has been my service manager since 2002. I have the utmost confidence in Bill and trust his judgment. If Bill wasn’t my service manager I would consider other brands such as Tayota etc. but since I trust Bill l don’t feel I should risk any changes since I have confidence in Bill and Right Honda.

Best price for oil change. I have been going to Right Honda for 10 years and have always had great service and I feel like my car 2003, and van will run for we because of the excellent job done from right Honda. However, now that I have kids I will say that it’s nice that you have a kid area, but it it’s very very run down...all the toys broke etc, and it feels very dirty. Just a suggestion to maintain the clean feel that the rest of the facility has.
My service adviser was excellent and there were no issues. However, I left a message for a co-worker that was never communicated to my service adviser. As a result, my vehicle had to say in the shop for a full extra day so that service would be completed.
