Chris was excellent! He went out of his way to make us comfortable with the expense we had put out on our 2006 crv, at it's 200k mile service. My wife has loved and cared deeply for this car like a child. She is a cancer patient here at the Mayo and we are new to area. She hardly has the energy to make these service decisions these days like she would want to. But Chris listened carefully and helped us get the best prices he could for what I needed to get done. And he even ran and fixed a few missing fasteners we noticed at pickup today. He has a caring, knowledgeable service spirit that will bring us back when we need our next service.I bright my car back today and Chris and Mark the mechanic did an excellent job checking out a problem i was having. hank you guys for your excellent team effort and skills, Tim and Minette.

Bill is always great service
It took 2 hours just to change the oil when bringing in my car @ 7:15am. I was then told them that they couldn’t find the rattling in the back. So I went twitch the service tech to see if he could hear it. We literally pulled out of the dealership when the rattling started.
At that point he told me it would be a couple of hours. I didn’t get a call till later that afternoon stating it was ready. When I picked up the car all of my radios stations had been deleted as well as the screen icons were all rearranged. When I called I was told that the recall was taken care if and that I should of been informed

The team changed my inflater for my front passage air bag. The team took the side panel on the dash off and did not put it back on my pilot. They left the piece in my center console, I had to put it back on my self.
Second Dan 0 was my advisor. I know Dan is trying to be helpful. But he is trying to over sell. My vehicle has 62,000 files on it. Dan was recommending some fluids and engine filter to be replaced. In addition the timing belt recommended replacement is 65,000. With all of the suggest repairs he was at 1200 plus. I explain to Dan that after the first year I was going to have the 60,000 service done. On the timing belt, yes its recommended at 65,000 but should be be good to 75 or even 80,000. After advising Dan of my plans, he then suggest "what can I do to earn your business on the timing belt (799.00 plus tax).
In addition, Dan looked at my warranty and saw that I have 120,000 or 7 years. Recommended bring it to him to go over the car with a fine teeth comb, as he knows the rep.
As I said I know he is trying to be helpful, but he is over doing it a bit and being creepy.
I bring my car to Right Honda for service, because I trust the service department and Right Honda. I have always had good service and have had good service reps (Bill, Tim, etc.). With the piece being left off my car and Dan's action, I am starting to lose trust in Right Honda service, and question are they looking out for my best interest or trying to sell me stuff.
