We went in to fix our door for my Honda CRV and was told we had to replace the valve and adjust spark plug. After work was done, there was profuse leakage of oil on my garage followed by the indicator lamp showing up. What was supposed to be a one bust repair turned into four visits because after these repairs were made, they had to repair them again.
Total waste of my time, not great service a all!!
Dan did a great job of reviewing / prioritizing all of the added service recommendations and determing a plan of action. Also provided welcome guiadance and understanding of the various service codes and likely future service needs. This is very helpful given our van is high mileage and we need to get a few more years off reliable driving out of it,
