I told him I would wait for my car. He said it would take about an hour and a half-I arrived at 10:00 a.m. and never left the showroom waiting room. At 2:00 P.M. I Still had not received a phone call or heard my name called so I inquired about my car. At that point I was told that it had been done since 11:30 a.m!!!! I was furious! I told the MGR & he did not seem to care one bit. I was there 2 extra hours! I will never buy a car from this dealership nor will I have my vehicle serviced here. I was paying for a sitter and I am disgusted to have been treated so rudely. No one ever tried to call me to tell me my car was done nor did anyone look into the showroom to find me. What a wasted day! Tim should be tired along with the Service Manager. My husband & I have both been shopping for new vehicles and I know where I won’t spend our money. Thanks!

My experience at Right Honda for my servicing was great. He’s no Scott Ford, but the serviceman that assisted me provided me with good customer service and was helpful.

Overall satisfied, however you need to make sure that customer is updated about the ongoing service. We waited 3 hours without any information on car and then had to inquire about it. BTW, Lyft service was terrible. We had to wait until next morning and get a friend to bring us back to dealership.
Hi ... the rep who helped me was great! My problem was after I got back in the car. I guess they washed the car. When I turned into Frank Lloyd Wright I needed to change lanes and I looked into my left mirror and it was completely out of place. Traffic was heavy and it was very stressful not having the mirror. I think when they dried the car, they pushed in the mirror. You don’t need to contact me, but I just thought the feedback may be helpful for the future. Thanks.

It took about 90 minutes for an oil change and to rotate the tires (which probably wasn’t necessary).
