expectations always exceeded whenever I bring my accord in for service
The servicing of the car was find; however, when I arrived home, I noticed that there was a ding in the front hood of the car that wasn't there before my visit to the service department. This ding is over 1/4" deep and chipped the paint. It looks like someone dropped a sharp tool directly down on top of the hood. Please investigate.

Service ongoing don’t want to jinx my future service
They did no inform me that everything would be wiped from my car with the update (recall). None of the screens were the same, my radio station changed. Took 5 phone calls to service department to get my car back to the way it was when I brought it it. Total hassle!!! Crappy service. My car should be like it was when I brought it it or offer to help me get it back the way it was. Very, very poor service. Called Andrew to fix got his voicemail. Wasted 1-1/2 hours of my time after I left the dealership getting my car back to the way it was when I brought it in. That’s why I usually go to Tempe Honda, they have goood service & treat customers well. Right doesn’t care. When I arrived said they’d see if they could fit me in. I had an appointment!!!! Just bad service start to finish. And don’t change my radio station.

Yes service provided details of follow up service work my car would need in the future. Checked the noise I asked them to check & provided feed back noting they couldn’t find anything
