I requested to have my head unit repaired or replaced as I believe it is a safety issue. It was not done this needs to be addressed.
Dan was professional and courteous. He contacted me with what needed to be done to my CRV and it was ready in a timely manner.

While I was happy with the service done to my car, I am not happy about the salesman who approached me in the service waiting lounge. Tony approached me and asked why I had my car in service and what model I had. When I told him I had a 2016 Accord Sport he told me I had to see the 2018 model. I told him I was not interested and not in the market. He continued to harass me and insisted that I come look at the new model. He continued to tell me how old and outdated my 2 year old car was and said I needed to drive the 2018. I continued to tell him that I was not going to buy a car today and even if I wanted or needed to buy a car I would want to talk to my husband first. Then he went in to how I should do what I want and not get permission from my husband. By this time I was just trying to get through this test drive that I did not want and get back to the service department. I was so upset with myself that I allowed this pushy salesman to take up my time doing something I did not want. I will not allow this to happen again and I want Right Honda to know that this type of behavior is what turns people away from dealerships. Tony was pushy, inappropriate and way out of line. He fits every bad stereotype of a car salesman! I may not return to this service department because of my horrible experience. Danielle Estrella is aware of this because I told him that Tony took off with my paperwork to make a copy of it and I just wanted to go home! He got my paperwork back for me but Tony continued to hound me even as I was in my car trying to drive away!
My advice to Right Honda is to tell your salesmen to stay away from the service lounge! People know they are in a car dealership and if they want to buy a car they will! Bullying someone about how awful their 2 year old car is and not taking no for an answer will only turn people away! We had a good experience when we bought my car there, but if this is the type of salesmen you have now, we will not return for the next one!
