Daniel was excellent, great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. The problem I’m having with the GPS in my 2016 Honda CRV was not resolved due to the problem I’d not s dealership issue but with Apple. This problem has been going on for several years and still not resolved. The amenity I do wanted in buying this car doesn’t work and that makes me unhappy.

When it rains it pours. My husband was in a horrible accident last week and I’ve been staying at he ICU with him. One morning when I went to parking lot to get Starbucks my car was dead. Yea. I got it started and to the dealer and Alan was incredible no questions asked got me a rental fixed it in record time. I’m loyal but now I’ll never leave my Honda family. Cb
