I took my Honda pilot in today for A1 service. I called ahead and found out that that is a oil change, filter change and tire rotation. An hour and 20 minutes later he came and got me a took me to the cashier. When we got to the cashier he informed me that the tires needed to be rotated I said I brought it in for A1. Did you not rotate the tires and he said no we dId not. He told me that most people just want to oil changed. Since I was sitting there for an hour and 20 minutes I think it would’ve been appropriate for him to come find me and ask me about rotating the tires and they should’ve been done. I met up with someone in the service area and I told him I was pissed off and I told him what happened but now I have to take the Honda down again for another appointment to have the tires rotated. NOT TO PLEASED!!!

The service department was great the sales person who called me at home to try to get me to buy out my lease and keep my car after telling hithst I was ripped off for 2700 dollars needs to not do that it was upsetting. The series department are great but I will never purchase a car from you

Dan was wonderful. The problem is; when selecting Car Play none of the buttons work. Also, frequently car play won’t load. I have to unplug and plug back in. I called Honda corporate. They stated that there isn’t a documented issue like this which contradicts the info from the dealer. I am supposed to hear back from Honda corporate tomorrow. Frankly, only 3800 miles on the CR-V I shouldn’t be told one thing by the dealer anymore another from corporate. Also, if dealer is correct, I shouldn’t be told there is no fix and check back. Honda should be checking back with me, not the other way around. Also I was told that Honda corporate won’t allow the dealer to replace the head unit. The person I spoke with at Honda found this odd. And finally, after a hard reset I was told it worked. When I got into the car, it didn’t work at all. I now seem to have a Bluetooth issue where the sound comes and goes out of 1 speaker. I haven’t driven the car enough to see if it rectifies itself. I am happy to discuss this with anyone that is interested. ****-****-xxxx
