My svc rep was friendly and open abt the work we were going to do and suggestions of what I might consider for future visits (without being pushy). When I asked him abt some work another auto shop recommended he was able to explain why that work wasnt necessary yet. I realize ur facility is under construction but your service waiting area could benefit by iffering free snacks, in addition to coffee. Many dealership service lobbies do.
