Lennon’s a professional. He exhibits the kind of intelligence and leadership that’s hard to find. He took care of my needs in every way for the oil change. My paperwork was provided me in the waiting room. We discussed the results of the inspection as well as upcoming and needed maintenance in the future. I’ll be back for the 90,000 mile check before May. I hope that Lennon is there to help me then...if not, I’ll know that he’s been promoted...!

Was told that all CR V cars have the vibration while idoling. Was also told the motor mounts were okay. However there does seem to be a continuing problem with CR Vs and upon further research it appears Honda has a ‘fix’ for the issue. Does the service department not know of the fix? It appears that a Honda fix is described in TSB 15 046 part 1 (and maybe 2)!!! I believe a Certified Vehicle should have this corrected. We also purchased the extended warranty. I believe this is correctable and want it done.
