My only complaint was the channel the tv was on. Usually you have a home improvement show on. This time they were infomercial. I did request a change to the channel but told they could not change it. Not enjoyable in the waiting room. But as for the service ????????

My service advisor seemed nore like a salesperson and did not seem to enjoy his job or act as though he wanted to provide service. As a separate issue, I don't think charging loyal Honda customers $90 to use computers you already have to diagnose an isse is ethical or good business. High charges like that dissuade me from coming back to the dealership to buy a car in the future. On the positive side, after learning hiw much unexpected fees I would be charged, I mentioned I would consider buying a new vehicle from the dealership. Zach heard me say this and came right over to help me. He walked me over to Craig Thorpe's desk twice, but because he was not available and I had some questions about the Pilot body style, Zach took the time to walk me around and show me several options as well as show me options for Toyota on your website. Had I liked any of the body styles, I would likely have purchased a vehicle yesterday because of Zach. Zach is a great example of someone who seems to enjoy his job and care about the customer as a person. Right Honda is lucky to have him. Because of the service fees and lack of service yesterday and during my last visit there, I will likely not be back to Right Honda. I apologize dor any typos, but I am responding by phone.

When I called to make appointment I was told 1.5-2 hrs to complete & it took 3 hrs ; had to call husband to pickup daughter from school because I would have been very late
Thank you. Bill took care of everything and more. I dropped my car off on a busy Saturday afternoon to have my oil changed and replace the windshield wipers. I called an hour later and asked for my tires to be rotated. He was able to get it all done.

Called on Saturday (not thinking I could get in), Bill answers the phone and says come on in...I”ll take care of you. When I did get there he greeted me and said they’d get right on it. 20 minutes later he came out to tell me my car was ready.
He had a smile on his face and was extremely nice to deal with.
When I come back....I’ll call Bill and get it on his schedule.
