I appreciated being told the costs up front and the amount of time it takes for the maintenance service. Dan delivered that on our phone call to set up the appointment and held true to his word. I also appreciated the service guys checking up on anything else that was needed and letting me know what it was and how much. I’ll be coming back.

So pleased, Allen noticed my broken wiper. And, in perfect time for the rainy drive home. Not to mention, fairly quick trip, for an oil change, 2 recalls, belts replaced, a leaky shock repair and a new battery. All in all, great job with a reasonable price. Allen was also helpful to apply any coupons that applied.
This this was the first time I took my car to your dealership and was incredibly disappointed. Not only was the entryway confusing but the staff unhelpful in just pointing sidirections that were confusing to anyone unfamiliar with the way. No came out to explain the work done, not even the courtesy of replacing the key to the keychain offered and on the ride home the driver proceeded to to talk trash about other dealerships which I found very unprofessional. I have no desire to repeat this and will not return to your dealership again
