I know I can always rely on Fabian to inform me on my current services but also on any future services. Fabian is 100% an asset to the service department, and his service is extremely appreciated!

I was told the maintenance would take 3 hours and it ended up being just shy of 4. The car appeared to never have been washed.. it would be nice to receive some sort of acknowledgement when spending over $700 and 4 hrs. Maybe suggest a loaner so I’m not in the waiting area so long?
You install the car battery for me in August and My car started having trouble starting. I assumed it was the battery which you could from that it was and replaced at no charge. I am well aware that many mechanic shops would’ve tried to tell Me that it was the starter and would’ve not taken care of me the way you guys did. Thank you!
