Did not speak to Daniel at beginning spoke to older gentleman who appeared to cover for him. He explained the process and I went to the waiting area full check was done of vehicle and a few items found went over service but did not offer to do repairs at time or set a time in future. Car running well went about day when got home called Daniel made appointment for needed service and repair.
