He’s the greatest

Lennon was perfect. One thing I noticed both times I have been in. I am always asked if I bought the car from Right. This is annoying. I would have loved to buy it from Right. The problem was, as a snow bird I needed to drive the car 1000 miles to AZ. I couldn’t have bought it from you logistically. So right out of the gate I feel like a second class citizen. I did buy a Tacoma from Right Toyota. Bottom line, quit asking, I will give strong consideration next time.

I have to say... I have never left Right Honda Service without having had a simply amazing experience. This last visit was no exception! Alan managed the service and repairs with the great concierge care I've become accustomed to at Right Honda. And I have to add an additional example of the phenomenal Right Honda experience when I picked up my car... I'd completely forgotten that the service center closed at 6:00PM. (I showed up at 6:30!) Zane, the Right Honda team member who was closing the cashier office when I arrived, met me at the door, and with genuine kindness, moved mountains to assist me in my moment of panic. I'm sure Zane broke all kinds of protocol when he brought the payment system back online just for me, searched for and found my vehicle's paperwork in the advisor's office area, took my payment, and found, and delivered my car from the locked lot! ~ I cannot express enough my gratitude for the level of customer care that is the standard at my Right Honda. Alan shared with me that even shop foreman, Andy assisted the technician in identifying the source of my car's elusive problem. ~ It's this comprehensive teamwork that makes Right Honda Service the best-in-class experience in the Valley.
