Allen McKenna is the best service manager I’ve ever had to deal with. A true professional!! Who is a great example of what Right Honda stands for a friendly professional place to do business. I’m a customer for life because of Allen’s abilities and patient demeanor.
Pulled into fast service lane and took quite awhile for anyone to talk to me about what service I needed. Service was quick and I did not have to wait long before car was ready to go. I was pleased with that. But when I got into car the floor mat had greasy shoe marks over it and the lower door frame was scuffed. I had just detailed the car’s interior so was not a happy camper.
Daniel and the entire team was outstanding
