My only comment is that when I made the appointment online I mentioned that my windshield needed replacing. It would have been nice to find out sooner than the end of the service that I would need to have someone else replace the windshield.

Christopher Douglas was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me and educate me abt my car. I returned to the dealership today for add’l service because for the excellent customer service he provided otherwise I would have gone somewhere less expensive. He is an asset to Honda and me!
