Bill Thorton i felt seemed bothered when i would call to check on my car. I haven't had the car for a year yet and was worried. But, when I oicked up my car I saw Fabion and asked him if he had time to explain the work that was done since Bill wasn't around. I will never use Bill again.

They should know how long it will be which it was only Oil change and told me about 45 minutes but end it up 20 minutes. Everything are good so far.

I brought my car in for an oil change and air in my tires and before I could even get back to work which is literally a mile away, I already had a sales person calling and texting me trying to make a sale. I’ve purchased two cars from Right Honda in the past and had pretty terrible experiences both times. When I asked about bringing my car in for an oil change when I called, they said a shuttle could take me to work (didn’t mention the timing issue), but when I got there they said it only ran every half hour on the hour (it was 9:37, so I apparently had just missed it), so I had to walk a mile to work.
The customer service for the work done on my Ridgeline truck was outstanding. Bill Thornton took care of all the necessary paperwork and saw to it that all work was done properly and without delay. Bill is a valuable asset to Right Honda and has taken care of my service needs whenever I needed service. Thank you, Bill...I will be back. Great job by everyone.
